The Town of St. Pauls invites all the people that live, shop and work in St. Pauls to attend a public hearing on Thursday, July 14th at 7:00 PM at Town Hall on 210 W. Blue Street. Complete versions of the proposed land use plan are available to review at Town Hall. Handouts that summarize the plan are also available to take with you when you leave.
The Planning Commission members and the Town Board members are very eager for the people to express their thoughts on the plan as this plan will serve as the guide for all future land use plans in the St. Pauls area. The plan carefully evaluates the existing land use, the utilities, natural resources, soil types, flood plains, transportation patterns and economic activity.
Please make every effort to attend the public hearing on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at 210 W. Blue Street in St. Pauls at 7:00 PM.

Spring will spring in St. Pauls, and with it will come an abundance of new growth. Some of that growth will be welcomed, but other greenery will not be. Weeds will come with the daffodils, and weeds are one of the things that Town Ordinances seek to address.

The Town of St. Pauls gently tries to encourage those residents who do not take time or pride in their yards to at least meet the minimum standards, and has ordinances in place to address such things as unkempt yards and overgrown lots, litter and household debris, and furniture (such as sofas), designed for indoor use only, on porches. These ordinances are available elsewhere on this website.
